YOGA

Rachel is 200 hrs RYT, registered with Yoga Alliance UK and teaches ashtanga, vinyasa flow, yin, hatha, prenatal and postnatal yoga and kids yoga in South West London and Bracklesham Bay, West Sussex.

Rachel trained with YogaLondon (ashtanga vinyasa), Uma Dinsmore-Tuli (pregnancy yoga), Cal Wansbrough (yin and advanced anatomy), Yoga Mamas (fertility yoga) and kids yoga (Cosmic Kids).

Rachel is also an accredited Shake the Dust facilitator and regularly leads group classes in London @ The Loft Pilates Studio and in West Sussex. Shake the Dust is a transformative and embodied practice involving shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement, somatics, bodyweight training and cardio. Rachel loves teaching yogis of all levels and spreading her love of the benefits of yoga and somatic movement.
